HipFashionShop orders are shipped Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items. At this time we ship by DHL carrier and the fee will depend on the volume of the goods purchased and the final destination. The best DHL fee will appear at the checkout. If the fee does not appear in your shopping basket please contact customer services to find out the fee in advance. The amount of the Fee is based on the lowest price shipping option available for the item in your order. All relevant delivery information for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout.
We ship in Europe with delivery estimated within 2-6 days by DHL. Please consider that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. HipFashionShop can not be held responsible for delays in delivery from the time it is shipped or fails to approve the payment, although we always try to minimize possible delays as our duty.
Duties & Taxes
We include the cost of taxes and duties in your order, so you won’t need to pay any additional fees if you are located in any European country. If a DAP (Delivery At Place) destination is selected (i.e. customers outside of the EU Union, such us USA, Canada, Cina, Australia, Nuova Zelanda, Portorico, Svizzera, Singapore, Repubblica di Corea, Kuwait, Norvegia, Arabia Saudita, Taiwan, Tailandia, Emirati Arabi Uniti, Giappone e Messico), you can't make order for now. Soon we get prices to send to countries worlwide.
After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment. Once your order is approved, we will dispatch your order within maximum 1 business day. Depending on your location, delivery will normally take 2-6 business days from dispatch. We’ll be sure to keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated arrival date. You can also follow the delivery progress under ‘My Orders’ in your HipFashionShop account. If you made multiple orders, please keep in mind that your items will arrive separately. While we aim to always deliver within the specified times, we aren’t responsible for delays due to customs clearance or failed payment approval.
As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible to cancel or make any changes to an order. While we’re unable to cancel an order once it has been processed by us, we will do our best to handle the situation to the best.
