Do I need an account to place an order?

An email address is all you need to start the ordering process.   We still recommend you register for a HipFashionShop account to be able to add your favorite items to your wish list and place an order with ease.

I forgot my password.   What should I do?

Just follow the "Forgot your password?" on our login page and enter your email address.   You will receive an email to reset your password.

How do I receive the email update?

Stay informed about new products, trends and exclusive promotions by entering your email address at the bottom of our homepage.   Email preferences can be easily managed under "My account."

How to place an order?

It's easy to place an order in HipFashionShop: 1. Choose a category or brand from the top navigation menu or browse to explore a particular style or trend.   2. Select the size of your item and click "Add to Cart".   When you've finished adding your items, check out "Summary".   3. Log in to your account if you have not already.   If you do not have an account, simply enter your email address to continue.   4. Enter your address, payment information and select a delivery method to complete your order.   Once your purchase is confirmed, it will be carefully prepared and shipped to you.   We will keep you updated every step of the way.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Such as   your purchase will be prepared quickly for shipping, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible to cancel or make changes to your order.   Unfortunately, we can not add items to an existing order, but we invite you to place a new order for any additional parts.   More information on canceling an order can be found in our Return and Refund Policy.

Why is the price of HipFashionShop so special?

At HipFashionShop, you are buying luxury items from around the world, expert choices from our dedicated team.   Prices are determined by each HipFashionShop partner, so the price of the same item may vary depending on your location and where you order an item.   Although we have no control over the price change, we will always offer the best available price to your destination at the time of purchase.   Please note: Placing an item in the shopping cart or wish list does not reserve it at a specific price.

What currencies can I use to buy?

The currency you buy is determined by the shipping location and will appear at checkout before completing the purchase or you can simply select your favorite currency from the menu at the top of the page.   At the moment the available currencies are EUR for Europe, GBP for the UK, USD if you buy outside the European Union.

When will my card be charged?

If you pay by debit card or PayPal, HipFashionShop will receive the payment directly when the order is placed on our site.   If you pay with a credit card, full payment is usually made when the order is ready to ship, although the bank or card issuer may reserve the order amount in your account immediately.

What methods of payment does your site accept?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Delta, Visa Electron and PayPal.   Please note: We do not accept cash or check on delivery, bank transfers or installments as payment.

Will my personal data be secure?

Will my size be available again?

To be notified if an out of stock item is available again, subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of the homepage.

Are HipFashionShop items authentic?

Our specialized buyers team researches the best luxury fashion brands in the world and we guarantee that all items are authentic.   Authenticity cards and serial numbers may not always be included with the item if the manufacturer has not provided them.

How will my order be packaged?

Your order will be carefully packed in a HipFashionShop protective case to ensure it arrives in top condition.   Additional brand items will be included if supplied by the manufacturer.

 

TRANSPORTATION, TAXES AND RIGHTS

How much will I be charged for shipping?

The entire HipFashionShop order is unique, so our shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight and destination of the chosen items.   This information will appear at checkout.

How can I track delivery?

Once the order details are confirmed, the item will be carefully prepared and shipped within 2 business days.   Usually, delivery takes 2 to 6 days after order preparation, depending on your location and shipping method chosen.   We will keep you updated with tracking information. You can also track progress on your HipFashionShop account under "My Orders".   If you have made multiple orders, please note that your items will arrive separately.

 

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

If your purchase is not correct, you can return it for a refund within 14 days from the delivery date.   We recommend that you contact our Customer Service within seven days of receipt of the purchase to ensure that the order is returned to the original location on time.   If you want to exchange an item, you will need to return it and place a new order.   For more information about returning an order, please see our Returns & Refund Policy.

How do I package my return item?

Just follow these steps to prepare the item: 1. Place the unwanted items in the original packaging inside the protective box of HipFashionShop.   2. Include the return label and a signed copy of the return note inside the HipFashionShop box.   Do not attach any labels to the outside of an item's check box.   Learn more about how to prepare your order for a return by reading the Return Process in the Returns and Refunds section.

When will I receive my refund?

Using the tracking number assigned to your return label, you can track the status of your order with our carrier.   Once your item is received and accepted, we'll send you an email to confirm your refund is complete.   Refunds are issued using the original payment method and will typically be displayed for up to seven business days, depending on the payment provider's processing time.   To ensure your refund is as fast as possible, make sure that all items meet the terms of our Return and Refund Policy.
